What is it?
This is a devotion to dance at least 10 minutes each day for 14-days. Jungle Dance creator, Rachel, will send you daily WhatsApp messages with music + motivation to inspire you to move. We call it a “challenge” simply so it’s easy to understand, but this is not a push-your-limits fitness challenge. It’s an invitation to listen to your body, nourish yourself, move intuitively and express yourself freely. Jungle Dance is about honoring your body by moving however you feel in the moment, moving from the inside out, allowing emotions to release, and giving yourself permission to be raw, real, and fully you. If you’re feeling busy, tired, disconnected, or stagnant, this is ideal. It’s a small daily commitment that can create a big internal shift, by breaking stagnation, rebuilding trust with your body, and reigniting your aliveness. Science shows that 2-weeks of consistent daily movement combined with emotional engagement builds momentum faster than long, overwhelming commitments. By February 14 (Valentine’s Day), you’ll accept, embrace and possibly even love your natural self more.
How it works:
February 1 we begin with a live online Jungle Dance class via Zoom, so you can experience the practice fully, understand the intention behind it, as well as connect with Rachel and like-hearted people from around the world. February 2–14 you will choose a daily ritual time that feels easiest for you to commit to (for example: first thing in the morning or before lunch).
Your daily commitment for 14-days:
Dance for at least 10 minutes. Send Rachel a private 5–15 second video (raw, real, unfiltered. just you showing up as you are). This is about accountability and embodiment, no pressure and no performance. Filming yourself is part of the challenge, as it is cultivating courage for you to put yourself out there as your natural self.

About the WhatsApp group:
Rachel shares once per day only. If you’d like to share something with the group, you can send it privately to Rachel and she’ll post it on your behalf, to avoid being overwhelmed with messages and more time for you dancing.
